Am tinut dieta Super Slim si am fost incurajata mereu sa continui si cred ca acest lucru a contat foarte mult. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph; text-indent:35.4pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;Recent mi-am cumparat chiar si echipament sportiv si acum fac exercitii fizice acasa in fiecare zi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph; text-indent:35.4pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;Datorita lui Super Slim nu ii mai permit bolii mele sa imi conduca viata. Mancati cel putin trei mese pe zi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:35.4pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;Daca vreti mai multe, serviti mai multe. Cinci mese mai mici pe zi poate fi o alta idee buna. Mesele regulate va ajuta sa evitati rontaitul si sa preveniti senzatia de foame.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:35.4pt"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;2. Completati un jurnal in fiecare saptamana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:35.4pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;Dieta Super Slim va obliga sa tineti unul la inceputul acesteia, dar adevaratul succes al dietelor vine din completarea saptamanala a jurnalului. Jurnalul „adevarului” previne amnezia celui care slabeste. Nu poti „uita” ce ai mancat, daca totul este in scris. Incearca sa ai o dieta echilibrata. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:35.4pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;Foloseste alimentele la maximum&lt;span style="mso-spacerun:yes"&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;din dieta ta Super Slim. Variaza gustarile. In acest fel vei continua sa te bucuri de dieta si nu te vei plictisi. O dieta echilibrata este importanta pentru a mentine sanatatea si starea de bine.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:35.4pt"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;5. Cantareste toate alimente restrictionate cu cantarul de bucatarie.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:35.4pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;Daca nu cantaresti alimentele restrictionate si nu scazi in greutate, atunci acesta este cu siguranta motivul. Tine minte: daca nu cantaresti alimentele inseamna ca mananci nelimitat din toate alimentele din dieta. Mancand fara limita nu vei pierde kilograme, ci le vei depune.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:35.4pt"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;6. Nu depasi portia de dulciuri.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:35.4pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;Ramai in limita a 200 de calorii!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:35.4pt"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;7. Fii realista in telurile tale.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:35.4pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;Dupa prima saptamana de folosire a Super Slim ar trebui sa slabesti in medie 0,5-1 kg pe saptamana. Gandeste-te de cand ai probleme cu greutatea; majoritatea oamenilor au probleme de ani de zile. Nu trebuie sa speri ca Super Slim te va schimba peste noapte. Cu cat pierzi mai incet kilograme si iti reeduci obiceiurile de consum, cu atat mai mult scade riscul de a te ingrasa la loc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:35.4pt"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;9. Fa miscare.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:35.4pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;Incepe incet si creste treptat intensitatea si durata efortului fizic. Fa ceva ce iti place. Exercitiile fizice te vor tonifia, iti vor da mai multa energie si, in combinatie cu dieta Super Slim, iti vor permite sa slabesti mai repede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:35.4pt"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;10. Fixeaza-ti un scop.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:35.4pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;Un scop poate fi sa scazi un numar la imbracaminte. Poti pastra o poza cu tine intr-o ipostaza mai slaba, ca sa vezi mereu la ce vrei sa te intorci. Problema este ca multora dintre noi li se pare greu, aproape imposibil, sa il spunem atunci cand trebuie…&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph; text-indent:35.4pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;Daca stai sa te gandesti, problema nu este atat a spune „NU”, cat sa zici ceea ce ai de spus si sa fii luat in serios. Multi dintre cei care vor sa slabeasca considera ca procesul&lt;span style="mso-spacerun:yes"&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;de pierdere in greutate le afecteaza increderea in sine, mai ales cand sunt convinsi ca ar putea pierde kilograme mult mai repede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph; text-indent:35.4pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;Cand ai probleme cu increderea de sine, ti se va parea mai greu sa zici „NU” si chiar sa crezi asta. Si acest lucru se intampla mai ales atunci cand ai nevoie cel mai mult de acel refuz categoric. Lipsa de incredere si stima ne imping de multe ori sa acceptam lucruri pe care nu le dorim de fapt, sau sa spunem „NU” fara suficienta convingere. Exista, bineinteles, si persoane care tin cu tot dinadinsul sa ne strice dieta si nu vor sa accepte un refuz. Super Slim te invata cum sa procedezi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph; text-indent:35.4pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;In acest caz, singura varinta este sa fii brutal de ferm. Uita-te drept in ochii lor in timp ce iti toarna frisca peste salata ta de fructe proaspete si spune: „NU, multumesc, incerc sa slabesc si nu as putea sa ma bucur de ea.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph; text-indent:35.4pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;Cei care strica diete sunt de obicei surprinsi total de aceasta demonstratie de logica! O fata care avea de pierdut multe kilograme a reusit sa-si atinga telul fiind foarte ferma. Cand era asaltata de prietenii care ii ofereau mancare si sucuri care ingrasau, tactica ei era sa le zica: „Nu, ti-am zis deja o data. Este evident ca incerc sa pierd cateva kilograme si daca persisti in a-mi oferi ceva care m-ar face sa incalc dieta inseamna ca nu-mi esti asa de buna prietena pe cat credeam”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph; text-indent:35.4pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;Desi nu sustinem sa trebuie sa spui acest lucru cu voce tare (s-ar putea sa pierzi mai multi prieteni decat kilograme), ai putea sa-ti spui in gand: „prietenii adevarati imi respecta decizia si nevoile”.&lt;span style="mso-spacerun:yes"&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Sa spui „NU” si chiar sa crezi asta, cand ai fi spus „Da” doar pentru a fi totul in regula poate face minuni pentru stima ta. Iar stima si increderea de sine sunt o parte importanta a ceea ce inseamna sa fii slab!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph; text-indent:35.4pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;Pentru a dobandi asertivitatea trebuie sa tii cont de urmatoarele reguli Super Slim:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph; text-indent:35.4pt"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;1. Nimeni nu te va crede daca tu insati nu te crezi!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;&lt;span style="mso-spacerun:yes"&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Crede in tine ca te vei tine de dieta, orice ar fi pentru ca atunci cand va fi cazul sa zici NU cu convingere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph; text-indent:35.4pt"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt; &lt;i&gt;Pune-te pe primul loc!&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph; text-indent:35.4pt"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;3.
